Contributor Agreement

This Contributor Agreement sets out the specific terms that apply when you publish resources on EduMarket, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions. By applying for contributor status, you agree to these terms.

You confirm that every resource you upload is your own original work, or material you have clear rights to distribute, in line with our Copyright Guide. You agree to describe resources accurately, price them fairly, and maintain the quality standards outlined in our Quality Standards page. You retain ownership of your content but grant EduMarket the rights necessary to host, display, and sell it through the platform, as described in our Copyright Policy.

In exchange, EduMarket agrees to pay out your share of sales according to the schedule described in the Earnings Guide, to provide tools for managing and tracking your resources, and to enforce platform-wide standards that protect the value of your work.

Violation of this agreement — including uploading plagiarized material or repeated quality failures — may result in suspension or termination of contributor status.
