Refund Policy

We want every purchase on EduMarket to genuinely help you. If a resource you buy doesn't match its description — for example, missing content that was explicitly promised, or a file that won't open — contact Support within a reasonable time of purchase with your order details, and we'll review the case.

Refunds are issued at our discretion following review, and are not guaranteed simply because a resource didn't cover material on your specific exam or wasn't as helpful as you'd hoped — resource descriptions and previews are provided specifically so you can evaluate fit before buying.

Refund requests involving suspected copyright violations or plagiarism are prioritized and may also trigger a review of the contributor's account under our Copyright Guide. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within standard processing times.
