How to access and download the resources in your EduMarket library.
Once you've purchased a resource, it's added to your library permanently — you can access and download it anytime from your account dashboard, on any device.
To download, log in, go to My Library, and select the resource you want. Most resources are provided as PDF files for easy viewing and printing, though some contributors include supplementary files like spreadsheets or slide decks where relevant.
If you're having trouble downloading a resource — a broken link, a corrupted file, or any other technical issue — contact Support with the resource name and your order reference, and we'll resolve it quickly. Your purchases don't expire, so there's no rush to download everything at once.
